At Christy's, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
